Noelle Stephens
President

Noelle Stephens

Noelle Stephens serves as Chapter President of Junior Auxiliary, where she leads initiatives that support children and families across Garland County. She is a local business owner and State Farm Agent based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most while building lasting relationships in the community. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Noelle began her career in insurance shortly after college and quickly developed a passion for both the industry and customer service. She opened her State Farm agency in 2021 and has since been recognized for her commitment to excellence and community involvement. Noelle is passionate about giving back and creating opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Through her leadership in Junior Auxiliary and her work in the community, she strives to lead with heart and purpose in everything she does. Outside of work and volunteer service, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, their son, Will, and their West Highland Terrier, Beau—and is always finding a reason to bring people together, whether it’s for a community event, a celebration, or just a good time

Amy Lusby
Vice President

Amy Lusby

Amy Lusby is the Vice President of the Junior Auxiliary of Garland County, where she leads with a deep passion for supporting youth in Garland County. Raised in an environment shaped by strong female leadership and a love for serving children, Amy carries those values into everything she does. She works at Lakeside Primary School, where her dedication to children is evident every day, and also owns and operates her own wedding planning and event business. Amy is committed to making a meaningful impact both in her professional roles and through her community.

Maggie Culp
Provisional Trainer

Maggie Culp

Maggie Culp serves as Provisional Trainer of Junior Auxiliary, where she helps guide and support new members while advancing initiatives that serve children and families across Garland County. She is a marketing professional based in Hot Springs, overseeing brand strategy, content, and operations for WinChoice across a multi-state footprint in the South and Midwest. Originally from North Little Rock, Maggie is a graduate of Arkansas State University, where she earned a degree in Strategic Communication. Her career began with helping launch Origami Sake in Hot Springs, followed by work with the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce through Be Pro Be Proud, before returning to Garland County to continue building and leading in the marketing space. Maggie is passionate about building strong brands, creating meaningful connections, and giving back to the community she calls home. Outside of work and volunteer service, she enjoys time on the lake, keeping up with fashion, and hosting gatherings with friends and family—usually with her dog close by.

Sarah Inman
Secretary

Sarah Inman

Sarah Inman serves as Chapter Secretary of Junior Auxiliary of Garland County, where she is passionate about cultivating future leaders and fostering partnerships that improve the lives of all children. A 25 year veteran in Education, Sarah is the director of Project Management for Bailey Education Group where she supports Arkansas schools through the challenges of School Improvement initiatives. Sarah believes that by serving our community with purpose, we can show the next generation what true leadership looks like.

Whitney Moore
Treasurer

Whitney Moore

Whitney Moore serves as Treasurer of Junior Auxiliary of Garland County, where she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children in her community. As a mother, Whitney’s commitment to service began through her church and her children’s PTO and has grown into a passion for supporting all children across Garland County. She works with the University of Arkansas System and is committed to ensuring every child knows they are valued and capable of achieving great things. As Treasurer, Whitney uses her love of spreadsheets and budgeting to help Junior Auxiliary responsibly steward resources in support of its mission.

Jessica Henegar
Finance

Jessica Henegar

Jessica is a dedicated community volunteer, business owner, and mom of two who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in her local community. Through her involvement with Junior Auxiliary, she enjoys supporting initiatives that benefit children and families while collaborating with other women who share a heart for service. When she’s not volunteering, Jessica stays busy running her business, coaching her sons’ teams, and finding time to prioritize health, fitness, and family. She is proud to be part of an organization committed to strengthening the community through service and leadership.
